Crust

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9″x 13″ baking pan. Combine all ingredients using a fork or your hands. Press evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. |
Filling

Spread blueberry preserves evenly over slightly cooled crust. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Pour filling evenly over crust and preserves. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack for about an hour. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars. |
