Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Add pecans and mix well. Press into bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan. Beat cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour over crust. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set. |
