The only thing I adjusted was more onion. 1/4 onion for me only covered one of the loaves, but my onion was admittedly small. This is better than most breads i have purchased or had at restaurants. I served it with stuffed manicotti and a vegetable...and this bread...it was delicious...but I think that I need to add 5 mins to the time because it was a tiny bit soft...great tasting!!
