Pam, either kind of oats should work. I usually use old-fashioned unless the quick kind are specified. Enjoy!

My sister came back from a trip to the North East region of Brazil and, among other things, she brought a bag of cashew nuts. I think I have just found out what to do with them.

JEP, I must be reading your mind! You could definitely use something besides peanut butter chips. Maybe white chocolate or caramel or butterscotch or cinnamon. That’s the beauty of monster cookies. Pretty much anything goes.
