I think this sentiment is due to having worked in a bakery. ;-) On the other hand, I swapped double ovens for a larger, industrial-sized gas oven for our home. I begged my husband for the 2nd one, but it'll be part of the fireplace so I can have that wood-burning heat that goes best with pizza. My mom had double ovens in her first house (one built in the 60's). When they build the next house, it only had one oven, and we missed the double ovens. NOW, after a move out of state, the oven she has is a convection oven and is, thus, much smaller than a normal oven. I'm trying to convince them that they should get a drop in with a more updated stove and ANOTHER oven! When I get my own house, I want double ovens!!!! This is great!
