Gorilla Bread

July 30th, 2006 · 6 Comments

Not much to add to this recipe from Paula Deen. Just make it. Yum!!! That woman has a way with a can of biscuits, doesn’t she?

I only made half of the recipe because, well, 2 people can’t/shouldn’t eat 20 of these. If you’re making half, you can still use a Bundt pan. I used a 9″ round cake pan, but I think something a bit smaller would work better. I also cut the cooking time down to 20 minutes.

The result is a warm, wonderful treat. Biscuits, cinnamon, cream cheese, brown sugar, and pecans all just crying out and begging to be eaten. And eat them we did. Hopefully, they will heat up well for a full weekend of cinnamon/cream cheese goodness.
